Successful Dealer Behavior Program©

This 4-month program takes the entire dealership to a whole new level. It involves everyone in the dealership and shows them how to actually do the things most dealerships already know they should be doing, but don't. It provides a unique and very efficient process for implementing successful behaviors in all departments. This is the first stage of meaningful behavioral changes in all personnel in a dealership.
This program asks "What behaviors should my department people do on a consistent daily basis to sell my department and the dealership better?"
Managers learn how to manage their people to perform consistently better. They also learn how to continuously develop each employee to reach superior standards.
This program uses assessments, various workshops, employee interviews, and management meetings specially designed for the agricultural dealership.
It concentrates on managers in all departments while, at the same time, developing a cohesive, functioning team that involves ALL employees:
- Parts people become more proactive in acquiring new parts business.
- Service people develop stronger customer satisfaction while selling more service.
- Even office personnel learn how to streamline communications between departments and improve customer relations.
- Of course, sales people start calling on all customers and potential customers - even competitive owners.

- Behavioral Sales Workshop for sales people
- Most Valued Customer/Teamwork Workshop for all employees.
