Behavioral Sales Workshop

If it took genius to sell, we would all be in trouble. Not only would some of us have to leave the sales profession, we would have extreme difficulty in finding sales people.

It takes ordinary people doing ordinary things that get most of the selling done in the world today. This is as it should be. There is no magic in selling. The magic comes from doing very simple, ordinary things and doing them consistently every day. That's where the real magic is.

These things are not rocket science. Every sales person can - and should - do them. We call them "successful behaviors" and we believe they can launch a mediocre sales career into orbit quicker and more effectively than anything else.

Neither are these 'successful behaviors' unknown to sales people. If you ask, they would agree with them and agree that they would be more successful if they performed them consistently. Sales managers too recognize that. Why then is nobody doing anything about it?

One reason is because it takes just a little more effort on the part of the sales person to do the behaviors and just a little more effort on the part of the sales manager to manage them.

Another important reason is because they have not learned how to convert 'successful behaviors' into a process. This is where Sales Academy comes in.

We not only help companies identify and design customized successful behaviors for their sales people, we show them how to implement them. Therefore, this is a two-part workshop.

Part 1 - Sales people and managers attend and learn the value of successful behaviors and how to implement the ones most useful in their business. (6 - 8 hours)

Part 2 - Sales managers learn how to manage the behaviors so their sales people consistently perform at higher standards. They learn about successful behaviors and non-negotiable behaviors. (1 - 2 hours)

This program gives tremendous value because it helps define how the sales department does business.
